In general, what do you hope to get out of this grant program?
– To build adequate background knowledge/content to effectively teach the subject (I wasn’t educated in the US)
– To obtain a sequential order of events, clarity, significants [sic], cause and effect to gain full comprehension to be more effective and efficient in my execution.

What are you most proud of in your professional life so far?
My students’ achievements year after year, My contribution to the growth of the district in the state exams, and my professional, personal achievements.
What are your greatest strengths and your biggest weaknesses as an educator?
Greatest Strength: Impacting students in a holistic way which includes their academic and social-emotional development.
Weakness: Keeping up with technology, the various programs in the classroom, utilizing them, basically keep up with the many changes.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy family time, spending quality time with family and friends as well as participating in events that serve the community.
