In general, what do you hope to get out of this grant program?
I hope to find creative ideas in regards to field trips, primary sources and PBL for engaging my students in historical concepts, especially with building up their historical thinking skills.

What are you most proud of in your professional life so far?
I’m most proud of being able to integrate core content with STEAM activities to give my students a holistic learning experience.
What are your greatest strengths and your biggest weaknesses as an educator?
Strengths:
Eager to learn new things.
Up-to-date with new trends in education.
Weaknesses:
Setting boundaries.
Saying “No.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
STEAM (especially robotics and coding)

wood crafts (I love sawing wood and creating something from nothing)
